Drugs and Alcohol - Use, possession, or distribution of illegal drugs, or the misuse of alcohol or prescription drugs, is strictly prohibited.
Environment, Health, and Safety (EH&S) - Employees must adhere to all EH&S policies and report unsafe conditions immediately.
Harassment and Discrimination - We prohibit harassment/discrimination. All employees are entitled to a peaceful workplace.
Protecting Company Assets and Information
Employees must protect company assets, including physical property, financial resources, and intellectual property.
Confidential Information - Employees must not disclose proprietary information to unauthorized parties.
Non-Disclosure/Confidentiality Agreements - Employees are required to sign NDAs to protect company/third-party confidential information.
Customer and Third-Party Information - Customer and third-party data must be handled in compliance with privacy laws and agreements.
Accuracy of Records and Reports
All records and reports must be accurate and truthful. Falsification of documents or financial records is prohibited.
Records and Information Management - Employees must adhere to document retention policies/avoid unauthorized destruction of records.
Side Deals or Side Letters - Unauthorized agreements outside official contracts are prohibited.
Company Identity and Intellectual Property
Company Trademarks - Employees must use company trademarks responsibly and in accordance with brand guidelines.
Third-Party Intellectual Property - Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of such materials is prohibited.
Copyright-Protected Content - Do not use or distribute copyrighted materials without proper authorization.
Inventions, Patents, and Copyrights - Intellectual property developed on company time/with company resources belong to the company.
Technical Standards and Open Source
Activities Related to Technical Standards - Participation in technical standards development must align with company objectives.
Activities Related to Open Source Software - Employees must obtain approval before using open-source software in company projects.
Public Communications
Public Speaking and Press Inquiries - Employees must not speak on behalf of the company without authorization.

Publishing Articles - Articles written by employees related to company business require prior approval.
Endorsements - Employees may not endorse products, services, or entities on behalf of the company without permission.
Avoiding Conflicts of Interest
Personal Relationships and Rotations - Significant personal relationships that could affect business decisions must be disclosed.
Outside Employment and Activities - Employees must avoid outside activities that conflict with company interests.
Personal Investments - Investments that could create a conflict of interest must be disclosed.
Insider Trading - Trading based on material, non-public information is illegal and strictly prohibited.
Contributions and Gifts
Charitable Donations - Charitable contributions on behalf of the company require approval.
Political Contributions - Personal political activities must not imply company endorsement.
Gifts and Hospitality - Gifts must be modest, lawful, and in line with company policy. Gifts to public officials must comply laws.
Interactions with Governments
Governments as Customers - All interactions with government customers must adhere to strict ethical and legal standards.
Hiring Government Employees - Hiring current or former government employees must comply with applicable rules and restrictions.
Bribery and Corruption - Bribery, kickbacks, and other corrupt practices are strictly prohibited.
Money Laundering - Employees must remain vigilant against activities that could involve money laundering.
Fair Competition and Trade
Competition and Trade Practices - We are committed to fair competition and compliance with antitrust laws.
Business Intelligence - Obtaining competitive intelligence must be done ethically and legally.
Trade Restrictions and Controls - Employees must comply with all trade regulations, including import/export laws and sanctions.
Protecting Private Information
Data is handled confidentially and in compliance with applicable privacy laws.
Human Trafficking
We strictly prohibit human trafficking in all forms and conduct due diligence to ensure our
