Scope and Benefits: Special Warranty and Exclusions

Warranty Duration: 2 Years from the Date of Completion

Renovations by Dreamscape ("we," "our," "us") is a subsidiary of Dreamscape Ventures, LLC, offers a special warranty and guarantee on our craftsmanship for a period of two (2) years from the date of completion of your renovation project (the "Warranty Period"). This warranty applies exclusively to workmanship provided by Renovations by Dreamscape and does not cover materials, products, or other services provided by third parties.

Scope of the Warranty

We guarantee that all work performed by Renovations by Dreamscape will be free from defects in workmanship under normal use and conditions during the Warranty Period. This includes, but is not limited to:

Structural integrity of renovations
Proper installation of fixtures and finishes
Compliance with applicable building codes and standards

Exclusions from Warranty

This special warranty does not cover the following:

Normal Wear and Tear: The warranty does not apply to damage resulting from normal wear and tear or degradation over time.
Acts of Nature: Damage caused by natural disasters, including but not limited to floods, earthquakes, hurricanes, or other extreme weather events.
Neglect or Abuse: Damage resulting from misuse, neglect, or abuse of the renovated area, including failure to maintain proper environmental conditions (e.g., humidity, temperature).
Alterations or Modifications: Any work performed by anyone other than Renovations by Dreamscape that modifies or alters the original renovations voids this warranty.
Third-Party Products: This warranty does not cover defects related to materials or products provided by third parties, including but not limited to fixtures, appliances, and other installations not performed by us.
Pre-Existing Conditions: Any existing structural issues, plumbing, electrical, or mechanical problems that were present prior to the commencement of work by Renovations by Dreamscape.
Cosmetic Issues: Minor cosmetic issues such as paint touch-ups, caulking, or surface finishes that do not affect the functionality of the renovations.
Failure to Follow Instructions: Damage arising from the failure to follow maintenance or usage instructions provided by us or manufacturers of materials used in the renovation.

Claim Process

To make a warranty claim, please contact us at solutions@onedreamscape.com or (800) 414-3493 within the Warranty Period. You may also access the form online in PDF format, fill in your answers, and forward to our support email. Or, you may submit it through our website here. Provide a detailed description of the issue and any supporting documentation (e.g., photos, receipts). We will evaluate the claim and, if valid, will remedy the defect at no charge.

Limitation of Liability

Our liability under this special warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of defective workmanship, and we shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages resulting from defects or issues arising from our work.
